IDF is currently designing human resource development programs for multiple districts on the east coast of Riau Province as part of private companies' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, supported by the local government.
The program's scope encompasses various aspects of HR development, such as capacity building for fishing communities, scholarships at the high school and vocational levels, as well as higher education scholarship programs.
To ensure the program's success, IDF is collaborating with national and international educational institutions. Additionally, the program implementation will be supported by local partners, including the Bengkalis State Polytechnic.
The primary objective of this program is to enhance the capabilities and quality of human resources in the local area, enabling them to navigate national and global competition in the era of Industry 4.0 while fostering regional development.
