YPI's activities and creativity continue to roll on. Currently, YPI is designing a human resource development program for Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This program is part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is run through local government support.

The scope of this HR development program is planned to include capacity building for fishing communities, scholarship programs for high school and vocational schools, scholarship programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

This HR development program will be carried out in collaboration with national and international educational institutions. YPI also cooperates with local partners, namely: Bengkalis State Polytechnic.
This program itself aims to prepare the younger generation to have the capability and quality to compete in the industrial era 4.0. more than that, with the possession of quality human resources, it will automatically have the power to develop the Bengkalis area to compete nationally, even internationally.
